I ordered it because the site showed it was in stock, but then I got a delay notice saying the inventory was wrong. Kind of frustrating, especially since I’d already made time to be home for the delivery and had my coffee sitting by the door like a weirdo. Then it got delayed again, so overall not a great experience

"For some reason I expected better prices"
I checked out JB Tools thinking I might save a little money, but for some reason most of the stuff I was looking at was about the same price or even higher than other sites. The shipping costs didn’t really make it any better either. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, I just expected the deals to be better. I probably won’t make it my first stop next time I’m comparing prices.

I had a question about my order, so I sent them a message and waited to hear back. They did get back to me the next day and sorted everything out easily, which I appreciated.
I’m giving 4 stars because it kind of felt like my first message may have been sitting there for a while before anyone picked it up. Once they responded, though, they were helpful and didn’t make the issue a hassle.

I had to return an item and was worried I’d be stuck waiting around or losing money in the process. But JB Tools handled it really smoothly, and the refund came through way faster than I expected. I didn’t have to chase anyone down or stress about it, which I really appreciated. Simple return process and I’d feel comfortable ordering from them again.

"Plenty of tools and supplies to choose from"
I was just looking for a couple of shop supplies and ended up browsing way longer than I planned because there were so many options. They had different brands and sizes all in one place, which saved me from having to check a bunch of other stores. A few pages felt a little cluttered at first, but it wasn’t a big deal once I got used to it. Overall, the selection is really solid and I’d definitely come back next time I need tools.

My order was on backorder for a while, and I was starting to wonder if it was ever actually going to ship. To their credit, they did keep sending updates, which made me feel a little less suspicious about the whole thing. It took longer than I hoped, but at least I wasn’t left completely in the dark.

I accidentally ordered the wrong tool and figured returning it would be straightforward, but it ended up being more of a hassle than I expected. The instructions weren’t very clear, and I had to send a few emails before I felt like anything was actually moving. The refund also took longer than I think it should have. It wasn’t a total nightmare, but it was definitely frustrating, and I’d expect some kind of compensation or credit for the time and trouble.

"Solid tools, helped ease my doubts a bit"
I ordered a couple of tools from JB Tools, i went in with low expectations. I’ve had enough sketchy online purchases lately that my trust in ordering tools online has definitely taken a hit, but these ended up being better quality than I expected for the price.
The tools felt solid right out of the box, not cheap or flimsy like I was half-prepared for. I’ve used them a few times already, and so far they’ve done exactly what they’re supposed to do without any issues.
Nothing overly exciting to report, just decent tools that work. I’m still a little cautious with online orders in general these days, but this one went well enough that I’d consider buying from them again.

I ordered a tool from JB Tools sometime last month, or maybe it was the end of the month before, I can’t remember exactly. When it showed up, it looked real to me. The packaging and markings all seemed right, so I don’t really have a reason to think it’s fake. It did take a little longer to arrive than I expected, and the box was banged up, which made me second-guess it at first. Overall it was fine, just not one of those completely smooth purchases.

I needed a basic set of tools and didn’t want to spend too much, so this worked out well. They were affordable, and because they worked just fine for what I needed, I feel like I saved money without any hassle.

"Showed up sooner than I thought"
I ordered a handful of tools from jbtools.com, kind of expecting the usual wait, but the shipping ended up being quicker than I figured it would be. I got the tracking email the next day, which was nice because I always end up checking those more than I should, and then the box actually arrived before the original delivery date.
The only thing keeping it from being a perfect experience was the packaging looked a bit rough when it got here. Not a huge deal though, since everything inside was there and nothing was damaged. So yeah, a little beat-up box, but fast shipping and no problems with the order overall.

"Checkout was chill, just kinda clunky"
Checkout worked out in the end, but it was a bit slow and I had to type in my shipping info again, which was kinda annoying. Not a huge deal or anything, just a little frustrating tbh.
